Capping an outstanding and breakthrough final campaign with the Red Storm, newly graduated senior Danette Hinton wrapped up her St. John's career by placing 29th out of 48 competitors in the hammer throw at the NCAA East Regional in Jacksonville, Fla., on Thursday afternoon. Throwing in the second of three flights and after enduring a lengthy delay due to thunderstorms, Hinton reached a mark of 55.65 meters.
