Antonia Howard and Elizabeth Costantino led the way for the Red Storm at the 2016 ECAC XC Championships as both earned All-East honors with a pair of top-25 individual finishes. Howard finished second overall in the Red Storm’s final cross country meet of the season at Van Cortlandt Park, in the Bronx, N.Y., on Saturday afternoon.
